Eli is the son of Charlotte Vick and part of the Vick family's third generation playing a critical role in the farm's global operations. He is responsible for ensuring 500,000 lbs. of produce are loaded and shipped daily from the farm's advanced packaging and shipping facilities. Eli, who attended NC State University has been in his role for only a year but has been learning the farm’s intricate operations and dedication to its customers for over 20 years.

What Eli loves most about carrying on his family’s heritage is meeting people from all over the world who share a common love for farming and the land.

Eli loves deer hunting (bow and rifle) in his spare time, and his favorite quote is that from the late Jimmy V (former NC State basketball coach Jim Valvano) “Don’t ever give up”, which he uses to guide him in his life.
