Our Pure Gold pink boxes show our support for breast cancer awareness and a portion of the proceeds are donated to our local Mother’s Day Mammogram program sponsored by the Wilmed Healthcare Foundation. We are a co-founder and contributor to the Covington Endowment, which provides perpetual funding for research and extension support to the sweet potato industry at NC State University (Go Wolfpack!) through competitive grants directed by the board of the NC Sweet Potato Commission. We also help feed thousands of families in need by donating sweet potatoes quarterly to the OIC of Wilson.

Giving Back

Mother’s Day Mammogram contributor (Wilmed Healthcare Foundation) – Vick Family Farms uses pink boxes and donates a portion of proceeds to a Mother’s Day mammogram program for Wilson-area women who can’t afford mammograms.

Covington Endowment Donor – The Covington Endowment provides perpetual funding for research and extension support to the sweet potato industry at NC State University through competitive grants directed by the board of the NC SweetPotato Commission.

OIC of Wilson – Vick Family Farms helps feed thousands of hungry families through our sweet potato donations every quarter
